The Extranet Collaboration Manager (ExCM) application uses a site scoped feature named Delegation Components to provide menu services to sites and sub-sites contained in the Site Collection. If you would like to use any of the ExCM features in a site or sub-site the Delegation Components feature must be activated.

Activating the Delegation Components Feature

1. In a web browser, navigate to the root web of your Site Collection as a Site Collection Administrator
2. In the Site Actions menu, click Site Settings
3. On the Site Settings page, click Site collection features
4. From the Site Collection Features page, find the Delegation Components feature and click Activate
